Details of the apartment

The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious and safest area in Paris. The official residence of the President of the French Republic – Palais de L’Elysee - is at number 55 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore. Near the apartment you will find, of course the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, the department stores on Boulevard Haussmann, as well as the Parc Monceau, a garden that extends over 8 hectares and where Parisians come to relax with your family, to do picnic on the grass or to jog.

To live up to its exceptional location, the whole apartment was renovated in the fall of 2011. The bathroom, bedroom, living room and the kitchen have been completely refurbished, as you can see from the photos. In addition, we selected a range of professional quality bedding for your comfort. Note that the bed in the living room has two single beds side by side that can be separated completely if your children prefer to sleep separately, for example. The apartment also has a washing machine (with dryer function) and a dishwasher that will save you a visit to the laundry or doing the dishes. This saves valuable time when you only a few days to explore Paris.

Finally, as you will enjoy in all our apartments cable TV (with several international channels available), Internet access via Wi-Fi and unlimited phone calls and free to over 90 destinations. A real plus to stay in touch with your friends during your stay in Paris.

* All costs related to electricity, water and gas consumption, heating, bed linen, unlimited Internet connection, local phone calls (and to some international countries) and/or the mobile phone provided (credits are not included), a selection of tea, coffee, shower gel and shampoo upon arrival, as well as cleaning of the apartment when you leave are included in the total rental cost. Moreover no residential tax has to be paid.
