Details of the apartment
The Résidence du Pont Neuf - 1st floor - is an authentic studio located in a seventeenth century building, adjoining the famous Mint on Guénégaud street. The street leads to the Seine River between the Pont Neuf and the Pont des Arts in the beautiful district of Saint Germain des Pres.
This 20m2 furnished apartment offers an incredible private terrace that could be the perfect set for a candlelight dinner. The shops (cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, and open market on weekends) are very close to the building, any errands can be done by foot.
Note that linen and towels are of course supplied. Many assets may definitely influence your choosing the Pont Neuf Residence : the wooden floor, teak deck of the terrace, equipped kitchen, unlimited internet broadband, television with international channels, a mobile phone at your disposal during your stay (credits not included) and free calls to fixed numbers locally and abroad to certain destinations.

Anecdote
After Molière's death in 1673, his troupe looked for a new theater. The comedians settled at the so-called jeu de paume de la Bouteille, situated rue Guénégaud. Molière's troupe merged in 1680 with the Hôtel de Bourgogne to become the famous Comédie Française.
We spent a week in Paris at La Residence du Pont Neuf in early September and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small with the bed occupying almost all of the living space, but it is clean, well equipped and quiet, and the location in St. Germain de Pres and bordering the Latin Quarter could hardly be beat as far as we were concerned... a block from the Seine and with all kinds of cafes and shopping, the Metro (St. Michelle), Notre Dame and the Louvre all within very easy walking distance.
And I think this website is fantastic, with the accommodation honestly represented and lots of helpful area information provided. Vladimir and Aurelien made the rental process simple and were very accommodating. In short, great location, value, and integrity, and I would recommend Residences-Paris to anyone.
