Details of the apartment
The Résidence du Pont des Arts - 2nd floor – is a large apartment on the Left Bank and the former residence of a painter, who each day crossed the Seine River to find its models at the Louvre. Ideal for families, this apartment offers convenient access to the major tourist attractions from the heart of the so typical Saint-Germain des Pres district.
Each room has its own special touch: the wooden floor, the high ceilings, an open kitchen and fireplace give the housing a real spirit, the bathroom was completely redone in 2007 and has a door decorated with an Arab fresco painted by an artist. As for the bedding, the double bed in the room, the convertible sofa of excellent quality and the convertible armchair will help you recover from your exciting days in Paris.
In the evenings you can watch a DVD or one of many international channels, surf the Internet or call your loved ones with unlimited international calls (to certain destinations on landlines). The last strong points of the apartment are the washing machine and the laptop at your disposal in order to finish convincing you to take this apartment.

Anecdote
After Molière's death in 1673, his troupe looked for a new theater. The comedians settled at the so-called jeu de paume de la Bouteille, situated rue Guénégaud. Molière's troupe merged in 1680 with the Hôtel de Bourgogne to become the famous Comédie Française.
We recently spent a month in the Pont des Arts-2nd floor and couldn't have asked for a better "nest". The location is amazing - the neighborhood is alive and exciting and the apartment was perfect as a base for exploring the beauties of Paris. Cafes, galleries, shops and the Louvre at the end of the street! The elevator was a plus! We hope to return and will definitely want to stay here again. Thanks, Vladimir
