Details of the apartment

This attractive 25 square meters studio is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a typical Parisian building of the nineteenth century. Even if located in the center of Paris, in the popular district of Montorgueil and Grands Boulevards, the Beauregard Street remains a very quiet location. Two steps away from the apartment, you will find a very diverse selection of stores and facilities: supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, grocery stores, butcher shops, wine cellars, cheese shops, cinemas and theaters.

The studio is quiet and comfortable; the view on the romantic rooftops of Paris gives it a particular atmosphere. In addition, the apartment has a south / east orientation, allowing it to benefit from a great deal of light even during the winter. The bedroom is also sunny thanks to its two large windows and has a double bed. The floor is parquet, as of the rest of the Résidence Beauregard.
