For a short or a longer stay, renting a furnished apartment is an cheap accommodation alternative for tourists, professionals or students. It allows everyone to stay in the heart of Paris while having the opportunity to live like a true Parisian.
The 15 apartments I can offer you have been completely renovated and equipped so that you can feel at home. You will benefit from an unlimited free high-speed internet access, television with international channels and free local calls to home phones and international (to several countries). Every detail of the apartments has been examined with particular attention in order to anticipate your needs and obtain the greatest pleasure during your stay.
On this website, each apartment presentation includes a detailed description, numerous pictures, a complete list of features, a ground plan, the location in Paris (with Google Map) and a video tour to discover every feature of your future place of residence. This way you choose the apartment that suits you the most for your stay in Paris.

Internet included
Each appartment has unlimited High-Speed Internet connection. It is included in the rent, thus you will be able to share with you beloved ones your holidays impressions as well as look for a restaurant in your neighbourhood.
No-smoking
It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the apartments, to protect the pleasure and health of everyone. The Résidence du Pont Neuf offers a lovely terrace that will make smokers happy !
No pets allowed
Our friends cats and dogs are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments.
