I invite you to stay in the heart of Paris and discover this way the joys of the Parisian life. All located in Saint-Germain des Pres, on the Left Bank, in the Latin Quarter, the Marais area or near the Louvre, my furnished apartments were completely renovated to offer you full comfort. You will find everything you need to feel “at home” : a fully equipped kitchen (with a full range of cooking utensils and dishes), high-speed Internet access, cable television with numerous international channels and numerous accessories that make your stay even more enjoyable (hair dryer, iron and iron board, etc.)
Rental includes electricity consumption, water and heating, unlimited Internet access, local calls to landlines (and to some international countries) and/or the provision of a mobile phone (credits not included), towels and linen, cleaning of the apartment when you leave, and a selection of tea, coffee, shampoo and soap upon arrival.
During your stay, I remain at your disposal 24/7 to help and share with you my best recommendations in Paris and in your area of residence.

The Résidence du Pont Neuf - 1st floor - is a perfect location for "low budgets". Tourists, professionals or students who wish to stay in one of Paris's most prestigious districts will benefit from the calm of its private terrace in the summer.
